REGULAMIN ZAKUPÓW

-Odsprzedaż biletów jakim jest każdy rodzaj passa na WTF i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu może zostać dokonana tylko 1 raz. Odkupionego biletu nie można odsprzedać kolejnej osobie.

-Zmiana właściciela wymaga DOPŁATY różnicy między ceną obowiązującą w dniu zakupu biletu przez pierwotnego nabywcę, a ceną aktualną w dniu zgłoszenia zmiany nazwiska i dokonania zapłaty.

-Pierwotny właściciel biletu powiadamia o zmianie wysyłając maila do organizatora zawierający imię, nazwisko oraz adres e-mail nowego właściciela na adres biuro@sosalsa.pl

-Odsprzedaż biletów i zmiana nazwiska przypisanego do biletu możliwa jest do 25 września 2025r. Zmiany dokonane po tym terminie nie będą akceptowane. Organizator nie pośredniczy w poszukiwaniu nowego nabywcy biletu. Uczestnicy rozliczają się między sobą.

Do organizatora należy jedynie wpłacić różnice jaka może wynikać w cenie biletu.

W razie nieobecności na wydarzeniu można przepisać wydana kwotę na poczet WTF 2026. ale informacje o tym fakcie należy przesłać do organizatora najpóźniej do 25.09.2025, w przeciwnym wypadku kwota przepada. Organizator nie dokonuje zwrotów. Jedynym przypadkiem jest konieczność odwołania eventu.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

-The resale of tickets, including all types of passes for WTF, and the name change associated with the ticket can only be done once. A resold ticket cannot be sold again to another person.

-A name change requires an ADDITIONAL PAYMENT of the price difference between the ticket's purchase price by the original buyer and the current price on the day the name change is requested and payment is made.

-The original ticket holder must notify the organizer of the name change by sending an email with the new owner's full name and email address to biuro@sosalsa.pl.

-Ticket resale and name changes are allowed until September 25, 2025. Any changes made after this date will not be accepted. The organizer does not mediate in finding a new ticket buyer. Participants are responsible for settling payments between themselves. The organizer only handles any price differences that may apply to the ticket.

-In case of absence from the event, the ticket amount can be credited toward WTF 2026, but this must be communicated to the organizer no later than September 25, 2025; otherwise, the amount is forfeited. The organizer does not issue refunds. The only exception is if the event is canceled
